Wednesday: Thanksgiving!

We are humbled by and ever so thankful for God's faithfulness to the Dayton Christian School System.

Here is a specific praise from one of our teachers: When the school year ended last year, a young lady talked with me about the possibility of not being able to return this year due to finances.  I agreed to pray for and with her, asking God to make a way.  The concern was that only one of the children in the family would be able to come.  This summer, while preparing my classroom, the young lady came to tell me that both she and her little brother would be returning to DC.  As we talked, I was blessed to see the amazement in her eyes as she told me that everything fell into place perfectly. We were able to praise God for his provision for her family. He is faithful.   

God is so good - and it is especially wonderful when we see His little ones start to understand just how good He is! I am thankful that our students are in an environment that they can openly proclaim His goodness to all around them!

Psalm 100:5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
